Withdrawals: Processing time frame (transaction queued)

If any portion of your withdrawal cannot be automatically credited back to a method previously used to deposit, it will be temporarily held until it has been reviewed and released for processing by our Security team.

This process is standard practice and usually takes up to 72 hours (48 hours for Portugal).

We are unable to process your request any faster and it will be handled in the same order it was received.
