A clean reinstall of our iOS app (deleting all data including app cache)
If you are having issues with our app that reinstalling doesn't fix, clearing the app cache can help.
This process deletes the app and all its related data, i.e., app cache, log-in details, preferences, and offline media content (as applicable).
Follow these simple steps from the Home screen of your device:
- Settings
- General
- iPhone/iPad storage
- Choose our app
- Delete app
- Restart your device
The app has now been removed from your device. Go to the App Store, then download and install it again.
