Progress Bar explanation

The progress bar is one of the best features of our rewards program. Each time you fill one up, you'll get a Chest loaded with great value.

How do I complete a progress bar?

To complete a progress bar, all you have to do is earn reward points. The number of points you need depends on the Chest you're progressing towards.

If you want to know how many points get you to each Chest level, press here.

Each time you finish a progress bar, you'll receive a Chest and a new progress bar.

What's the time limit for completing the progress bar?

Your progress bar will reset if 60 days pass and you haven't earned any Chest. The next one will be easier to complete, but of lower value.

A different time frame applies to the Blue progress bar. This one will only reset if you don't collect any Chest in three months.

Level up automatically by earning a certain number of Chests in a 28-day rolling period, reaping even better returns.

The number of Chests you need depends on the level you're progressing towards. To find out about the numbers, press here.

Head to 'PokerStars Rewards' in your user account to see your status and how many Chests you need to upgrade.

What does 'rolling period' mean?

The 28-day rolling period starts when you earn your first Chest.

Here's an example: If you earn one Chest on January 1 and three Chests on January 2, you'll have four Chests out of the number you need to upgrade to a higher level.

This is because you're within the 28-day rolling period.

But, if you don't earn a Chest by January 29, you'll be back to having three Chests. By January 30, you'll be down to zero Chests.

The system will only take the Chests earned in the last 28 days into account.

Can I hide the progress bar?

You can customize your table features, alerts, and notifications. To hide your progress bar from showing at the tables, just head to the main lobby of the PokerStars desktop software and select:

  • Settings → Table Appearance → Table Display

Uncheck the box next to 'PokerStars Rewards' to hide the progress bar. Of course, you'll continue to earn reward points as usual even if you choose not to display your current rewards status.
