Server restart notifications

In response to player feedback, we offer players the option to receive a notification before any planned server restarts.

To opt-in for this service, enter the Star Code "ServerRestart" to add yourself to the server restart mailing list. You can enter the Star Code by logging into our desktop software and then going to:

Tools → Star Code

Restart notifications will only be sent to players who are on the mailing list and agree to receive Poker communications:

• Desktop: Settings → Global → Marketing Communications → Poker → Yes
• Mobile app: Settings → Marketing Communications → Poker → Yes
• Website: Settings → Communication Preferences → Poker → Yes

We will email you details about the scheduled server restarts beforehand. Due to the nature of software changes, plans may change at the last minute.
