Info about the end of StarsCoin and the Rewards Store

As part of our recent PokerStars Rewards changes, we've parted with two longtime program features.

StarsCoin removed

Although StarsCoin had been an inherent part of our rewards program, it was time to let go.

Why? Because most of our players prefer to receive cash or other direct rewards instead of StarsCoin.

So, we decided to end StarsCoin credits in Chests and convert any remaining balance in user accounts to cash.

When were the StarsCoin funds exchanged for cash?

This happened automatically, on the day we removed StarsCoin for your licence.

You should have received a notification via email.

What was the conversion rate?

• Platform currency USD: All remaining StarsCoin were converted at a $0.01 rate per 1 StarsCoin
• Platform currency EUR: All remaining StarsCoin were converted at a €0.01 rate per 1 StarsCoin

Rewards Store removed

Switching off StarsCoin meant we had to close the Rewards Store as well, as the only purpose of this Store was to spend the StarsCoin.

Don't worry! We still offer our popular PokerStars merchandise through the PokerStars Store.
