As low-mileage 6-y-os from top yards, JUKEBOX FURY and Skiffle Man are naturally appealing, particularly given that they both arrive here on the back of improved efforts. The latter's handicap debut second over 20.5f at Southwell augurs well with regard to this new trip and he is not passed over lightly, but Jukebox Fury got the better of a next-time-out winner when opening his account upped to a similar trip to this at Doncaster and he is marginally preferred. Aazza makes some each-way appeal.

Offered little on return/handicap bow at Kempton in December but left that well behind when off the mark upped to 3m at Doncaster last month, proving ½-length too strong for subsequent scorer Skin Full. 5 lb rise fair enough and he could have more to offer for his top yard as a stayer.

Predictably left low-key novice form behind when second of 16 on handicap bow with first-time cheekpieces/tongue strap enlisted upped to 20.4f at Southwell in December. 7 lb rise tolerable given that he was 8 lengths clear of the third that day and this further step up in trip could be a good move.

Finished fifth of 16 in a decent handicap for the grade over this C&D in December and posted an improved effort when striking back at this course the following month. By no means disgraced when fourth of 12 off this 7 lb higher mark at Kelso last time and he's a live each-way candidate.

Ended losing run of more than 4 years when striking at Huntingdon (25f, good to soft) recently, with a number of factors potentially contributing to that revival, including a first-time visor, 11-week break, breathing operation and it was his debut for the Max Comley yard. This is tougher up 4 lb .

Dual hurdles winner for Rose Dobbin and better for return/stable debut effort equipped with cheekpieces when third of 7 in handicap hurdle at Musselburgh in November. Struggled back over fences at Catterick next time but now 3 lb lower returned to this sphere and she's capable of a bold show.

Much improved for a switch to handicaps over a longer trip when scoring over 2½m here last month. Perhaps it wouldn't be wise to judge him too harshly on his subsequent effort at Bangor (left poorly placed) and he shapes as though this trip will be within his range.

Showed ability in bumpers and promising start in this sphere, very much shaping like a stayer on the two starts he's completed, finished fifth of 10 in a Hexham maiden on penultimate start. Presumably wasn't 100% on handicap debut at Ayr and worth a second look upped in trip with cheekpieces added.

Took advantage of a drop in the weights when scoring on return at Kelso in October and he did well under the circumstances when fourth of 9 at Doncaster the following month. However, it was surprising to see him run so badly at Musselburgh last time given his otherwise solid record at that course.

Second run in handicap company resulted in a decent effort at Newcastle where he was fourth in an 11-runner contest over 2¾m. However, that is bookmarked by underwhelming displays and he needs to find improvement from somewhere.

Fetched £50,000 after winning sole start in points and Rules debut effort in a Uttoxeter bumper was fairly encouraging. However, disappointing over hurdles so far, pulled up tried in blinkers at Bangor when last seen in December (since undergone a wind op) and cheekpieces now given a whirl.
