DANDRUFF (1) resumed improved placing at Pakenham over 2000m in stronger grade. Turned in a big effort from back in the field, and fitter, will manage the staying trip. Maps to ride the pace today and gets in well with the 4kg claim. DESERT ANTHEM (2) is third-up and brings a 1.2L defeat from Wangaratta in a 64 over 2000m and has more to give. He should relish this trip and should enjoy a soft run. BANNERTON (3) mostly puts in and has placed 2/3 over this distance. Coffey stays aboard and expect the gelding to be around the mark. SHOGUN EXPRESS (6) is ready and will find this easier than Sandown-Hillside. He's in good hands, and Meech takes over.
