KERCHAK (9) returned to the winners's stall in dominant fashion at Eagle Farm last time out and is building up a handy strikerate winning seven of 14 overall. Has two wins and a second from four attempts at this mile journey and winning hoop Collis sticks in the irons. Will prove very hard to toss. The well-related JUNIPAL (1) (half to 2xG1 winner Palentino) has hit a purple patch of form stringing two wins together on the bounce and is racing with a lot of confidence now. Has to be included in calculations. POETIC DRAMA (11) has a solid record around this circuit, yet to miss the top-two in three outings. Top-three prospect. BROOKHAVEN (5) has a good second-up record with a win and two placings from four starts. Strips fitter now and can play a role in the outcome. THE DROVER (10) rounds out the selections in a wide open affair.
