Total forgive from the outside gate when a plugging 13th over 1400m at Kembla Grange in Midway grade on November 23. Can stalk the speed and bounce back to form. FINE VINTAGE (3) classy gelding with five wins from 15 starts. Came out fast from the wide draw in the heavy going when a tiring eighth over 1250m at Canterbury in BM78 grade on November 29. Will find this more to his liking and go on his strong win two-back when assessing his chances. CANI CANCAN (6) bonny mare racing in a rich vein of form. Returned good figures when sitting on the fast tempo for a narrow win over 1000m at the Sapphire Coast on December 2. Yet to win past 1200m and set to peak fourth-up. KATTEGAT (1) was only fair in two runs back in stronger grade. Faded late from the wide draw when sixth over 1200m at Canberra on December 6. Goes well this track and gets plenty of favours today.
