NOVELA (2) showed good tactical speed on debut in town and fought hard in the lane to hold down a minor placing. Is sure to have come on with that run under the belt and is the one to beat. FANCY SHOULDER (7) stuck on gamely into the placings when resuming at Clare. Strips fitter and looks the main danger. GREENIDGE (8) returns and makes her stable debut for Stephen Theodore. Showed some positive signs early on back in Vic, that form measuring right up for this. MISS RUBICK (9) only warmed to her task late when resuming at Clare. Draws much kinder for her second-up assignment and is a likely improver.
