The blinkers are on for the first time and with only 52.5kg to carry, she is the one to beat. NOSEY NEO (2) stuck to his task gamely at Townsville 9 days ago when finishing second and will have the fitness edge over his rivals with 4 starts already under his belt. He was runner-up on this track in his penultimate start and can go one better here. BANG STICK (1) dug deep to get up and score by a short-head here 18 days ago after working hard outside the leader the whole way. He cops a superior gate this time and can win again. PRETTY PROFIT (7) was fairly plain in her only trial but has the blinkers on for her debut which can have an immediate effect on some youngsters. Having Adrian Layt in the saddle is a bonus and she is well worth including in all combinations.
