Verdict

Very tough. ARAMCO (5) ran quite well fresh over this track and distance, beaten under a length by the in form Smokin' Princess. Would've loved this to be 1800m but he win well second up last time in and should strip fitter here. VERDAD (8) broke his run of placings last start, unfortunately not by winning but by dropping out to finish seventh in a disappointing effort. He's got the ability to win this but he's very much into 'take on trust' territory. MISS YOU ELLA (16) has been racing well in Sydney, third to the progressive Yorkshire at Randwick last start which should hold up. Respect the stable bringing her here. EUPHORIC (9) was good fresh here over 1400m behind Is It Me, working home well enough off a long break. Better for that and a chance. ARQANA (15) did enough fresh here in a slowly run race with good late splits. She should set up nicely here out to a mile.
