MODISTE (6) was an overdue maiden winner at Roma 2 starts back and then was close up in third at Goondiwindi 3 weeks ago. She is in a good space and can take this out. CRAIGLEA BRONTE (8) followed up his maiden win at Gayndah with a bold effort for fifth at Warwick over 800m nearly 2 weeks ago. He is better placed over this longer trip of 1070m and can bounce straight back into the money. LEMON SUPREME (2) ran his best race this prep when finishing second at Goondiwindi 3 weeks ago and usually holds his form when fit. Stick with him. MERCHANT MOON (1) made progress in his last prep and will be even stronger this year. He has the pole position and is worth including in all combinations. READY TO MINGLE (10) has been thereabouts lately and is nicely weighted after a 2kg claim. She is another who is capable of a top 3 finish in an even contest.
