SHADOW LAND (2) worked hard on debut and kept on fighting right to the line to finish a brave third. He is resuming from a spell that would have done him the world of good and with a recent trial under his belt, he will be among the hardest to beat fresh up, especially with a 4kg claiming apprentice in the saddle. VIERVILLE (3) has improved in each of his 2 starts to date and will find this an easier assignment third up. The blinkers are on for the first time and a win would be no surprise. JEUNY TO THE CITY (6) was not far away in her last start as a juvenile and will be a lot stronger this season. The pole position and a 2kg claim will make her hard to beat fresh up. A market watch is advised.
