Moving your account is fast and easy

PokerStars has operated under license in Denmark since January 1, 2012, and if you haven’t already moved your account, you can do so now. The process is very simple and takes only a few minutes to complete. You will thus be notified when it is required for you to migrate to the PokerStars.dk software.

All you need to do is to follow the prompts on how to move it to the new software when you log in to your account:

1. Move to PokerStars.dk:  A pop-up will appear once you log into your .com software from January 1. Simply click the button "Move to PokerStars.dk".
2. Download software: You must then download the PokerStars.dk software. Click "Upgrade software".
   
   You should be ready to access your account in the .DK software after that.

When you have downloaded the PokerStars.dk software and log in to your account you will get further instructions to fill in your personal information including CPR-number. This information is required by the Danish Gambling Authority, as part of our licence agreement. IMPORTANT – the personal information needs to be completed correct to pass the CPR check. We recommend that you enter the information EXACTLY as it is on your health insurance card.
