What is being offered

Players who make their first ever real money deposit of up to $100 using bonus code ‘STARS100’ can claim a 100% bonus of up to $100.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer runs from 00:00 ET on May 17, 2023 and is ongoing.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

The offer is only available to players who have never made any real money deposit at PokerStars.

To be eligible for the offer, players must:

1. make a deposit of minimum $10 and maximum $100 using bonus code ‘STARS100’ in the Cashier;
2. play real money poker on the site within 120 days after making the qualifying deposit; and
3. collect the requisite redemption points (as specified below) during the 4 month period.

Players may make up to 3 qualifying deposits so as to receive the maximum reward payable under this offer, provided that all qualifying deposits: (i) are made within 60 days from the date of the first qualifying deposit; and (ii) are made using bonus code ‘STARS100’.

If, after making their first qualifying deposit, players activate a separate deposit offer prior to completing any further qualifying deposits permitted as part of this offer, then players must: (i) ensure that all permitted qualifying deposits for this offer are conducted within 60 days from the date of the first qualifying deposit; and (ii) fulfil all necessary criteria as set out in these Terms & Conditions.

If no bonus code is used when making a qualifying deposit, and provided that all applicable terms of this offer are fulfilled, then:

1. players may contact Support via our Help Center within 7 days from the date of their first qualifying deposit so that their Stars Account can be credited with the relevant reward; or
2. if more than 7 days but less than 3 months have passed from the date of the first qualifying deposit, players may still be credited with the relevant reward as long as they contact Support before the expiry of the 3 months.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

The reward will be paid out for each $5 (or currency equivalent) increment of the qualifying deposit made immediately after the wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Players have 4 months after each qualifying deposit to earn all the redemption points needed to release their bonus.

The amount of reward that players can receive will depend on the number of redemption points that players earn during the relevant period. No reward will be credited for a period exceeding 4 months from the first qualifying deposit.

Players can check any bonuses they have, alongside information on expiry dates, redemption point requirements and more under the 'My Rewards' menu.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

The clearance rate of the reward is $5 for every 50 redemption points.

Example: A player deposits $50 and receives a $50 bonus. The bonus is released in increments of $5. Players earn 5 redemption points for every $1 they pay in rake or fees across all tournaments and cash games. To release the full bonus amount, a player would need to earn 500 redemption points or rake $100 in total within 120 days after making their deposit.

What else do you need to know

If any amount is withdrawn at any time after making a qualifying deposit, any subsequent deposits cannot count as qualifying deposits. However, any pre-withdrawal qualifying deposit continues to be valid, and players can still collect any reward generated.

We reserve the right to withhold rewards if there is reason to suspect that a deposit is fraudulent, or that it has not been made with the intention of using it to play real money games.

Players can only take advantage of one first deposit offer across all PokerStars products.

What is being offered

New casino players can claim our first deposit bonus offer and double their deposit up to $100.

When is the offer being conducted

This offer is valid from 12:00 CEST on June 8, 2022 and is ongoing.

Who is eligible to take part and how can you qualify

This offer is only available to players who have never played any real money games at PokerStars Casino and is strictly limited to one per person/household/IP address.

To be eligible for this offer, players must deposit $10 using the deposit code ‘DK100’. Maximum qualifying deposit is $100.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

Upon successful qualifying deposit, the deposit amount will be converted into a Casino Instant Bonus worth 200% the amount deposited. The maximum balance credited is $200, which will be awarded for a $100 cash deposit. Any deposit amount remaining above the maximum qualifying deposit will be credited to your account as cash.

Casino Instant Bonus (and any winnings derived from stakes placed using the bonus) will expire 60 days from issue if the wagering requirements are not fully met.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

To convert the Casino Instant Bonus, and any winnings, into cash that can be withdrawn, players must fulfil the wagering requirement of 10x times the complete bonus, including the deposit amount, before the bonus expires. Example: if you deposit $10 using the code ‘DK100’, the $10 deposited will be converted into a $20 Casino Instant Bonus. 10x wager applies so before you can withdraw your bonus and any winnings you must play for your deposit (10 x $10) + bonus (10 x $10) = $200.

Every $10 wagered on eligible games is worth 1 redemption point towards bonus clearance. For example, if your wagering requirement is $200 then your bonus will be cleared once 20 redemption points have been earned.

Only playing Slots, except Victory Tribes, will contribute 100% towards your wagering requirement.

Each Casino Instant Bonus must be converted to cash separately. Multiple bonuses may not be converted simultaneously.

When placing a wager, funds will be taken from the currently available Casino Instant Bonus balance first (if it has been brought to the game), and from the currently available real money balance second.

Any losses incurred when playing with your Casino Instant Bonus will be deducted from the portion of the bonus representing your original cash deposit.

Bonuses credited can only be surrendered for real cash on the provision that the surrender amount is greater than $0, and the request is within the 60-day bonus validity period. You can track the surrender value of your bonus via the 'My Rewards' menu.

Any winnings derived from stakes placed from using Casino Instant Bonuses are considered part of the bonus until the required redemption points to convert the bonus to cash have been earned. As soon as players have earned the redemption points required, the Casino Instant Bonus balance will be converted to real money and credited to their account instantly once all game sessions have been exited.
